ESTABLISHING A COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE

which will be a Hub for rendering services to people of different age groups. It will consist of Centers that will provide services to different categories of age groups and having different needs for Healthy Life and Well-being.

ESTABLISHING HOPE COMMUNITY NUTRITION UNIT
community

HCH Ministries plans to Establish a NUTRITION UNIT at Hope Community Centre, which will be the Hub for the Design and Implementation of NUTRITION Programs targeting: STUNTED CHILDREN under 5 years PREGNANT and LACTATING Mothers The ELDERLY and SENIOR Citizen, especially those with Chronic Diseases The SICK and CONVALESCENT Patients The Nutrition Programs of Stunted Children under 5 years, Pregnant Mothers and Breast- feeding Mothers will be mounted at Hope Community Nutrition Unit; in collaboration with the Health Workers of the neighbouring Health Centre; the Local Authorities of the area; Representatives of Women Associations; and other Development Partners involved in Community Nutrition Programs. This joint collaboration among different stakeholders will enable to roll out the Nutrition Programs progressively to neighboring villages, with the aim of Combating Child Stunting and Malnutrition in Local Communities.

ESTABLISHING HOPE COMMUNITY SHELTER – Giving Hope to the Hopeless
community

The SHELTER will be the wing of Hope Community Centre that will accommodate: Orphans Street Children under rehabilitation Children who need Special Needs Education and Training All the vulnerable children catered for at the shelter will be provided with: a) Shelter Provisions: Accommodation; Meals; Clothing's; Sanitary requirements; etc. b) Educational Facilities – in collaboration with a Neighboring Nursery/ Primary School.
